NovaMed

Ben Novamed’ te çalışmaya başlayalı 2,5 sene oldu.Bu benim ilk iş yerim değil.Daha önce birçok işyerinde çalıştım.Diğer çalıştığım yerlerde ne insan haklarını biliyordum.Ne izin kullanabiliyordum.Zorunlu mesai yapıyordum.Eve geliş saatim belli bile olmuyordu.Eve sadece uyumaya gidiyordum.Kardeşlerim benim nasıl biri olduğumu yani kişiliğimi bile tanımıyorlardı.Novamed’ de işe başlayınca tanidilar.Önceki işyerimde bayram tatili olmazdı.Bayram ne zaman geliyor onu bile bilmezdik.Novamed’ te tatilin gününü bilmeyi bırak iznimizi bile çok rahat kullanıyorum.Senelik izin bile bilmez kullanamazdık.Üç dört hafta tatilsiz çalıştığımı biliyorum.Şu anda dışarıdaki arkadaşlar benim önceki bulunduğum ortamda olsalardı ne yapabilirlerdi.Acaba ben söyleyeyim hiç bir şey yapamazlardı.Çünkü senin yerine başkası gelir sırada bekleyen çok kişi var.Beyenmiyorsan gidersin gibi konuşmalar yapıyorlardı.Hiç bir hakkımız yoktu.Çok nadir toplantı yaparlardı.Toplantıda tek kişi konuşurdu.Biz dinlerdik cevap hakkı bile olmazdı.Bir keresinde toplantıda arkadaşlarımızın birinde cevap geldi.Kim olduğunu bulmak için uğraştılar ve buldular.O arkadaşımızı bir dahagöremedik.Arkadaşımızın suçu kendi hakkını savunmasıydı.Dışarıdaki arkadaşlar nasıl biz haklıyız diye konuşuyorlarsa şimdi bize cevap hakkımızı kullanarak cevap yazıyoruz.Yazmak zorunda bıraktılar.Bu yazıyı okuyan arkadaşlar aradaki kişi sayısını dikkate alırlarsa sevinirim.İçerideki kişi sayısını dikkate alırlarsa sevinirim.İçerideki kişi sayısıyla dışarıdaki kişi sayısı arasında ne fark olduğunu görürler.Madem içeride çok kötü davranıyorlar.Neden dışarıdaki kişi sayısı 80 kişide içerideki kişi sayısı 200 sizce.80 kişi mi doğru söylüyor yoksa 200 kişi mi buna siz karar verin.

It has been 2.5 years since I started working in Novamed. This is not my first workplace. I worked in many workplaces previously. In other places I worked for I new neither of human rights. Nor could I use leaves. I was doing compulsory overtime. The time for me to go home was not even definite. I used to go home only to sleep. My siblings did not even know what kind of a person I was, meaning my personality. The knew me when I started working in Novamed. In my previous workplace there were no (religious) holidays. We would not even know when the holiday was. In Novamed, leave alone knowing what day the holiday is, I can even very easily use our leave. We did not even know use annual leave. I know of working there, four weeks without leave. If those colleagues/friends who are now outside were in the setting I was in, what would they do I wonder. Let me say, they could do nothing. Because they would say things like another comes in your place there are a lot of people waiting in the queue. You can go if you don't like. We did not have any rights. They would hold meetings very rarely. A single person would talk in the meeting. We would listen. There would not even be any right to reply. Once in a meeting one of our friends/colleagues answered. They worked hard to find who it was and they did find. We did not see that friend/colleague again. The offense of our friend/colleague was defending himself. As those colleagues/friends on the outside talk saying they are right, now we are writing answers using our right to answer. They made us obliged to write. I will be happy if those friends/colleagues who read this take into account the number of people in between. I will be happy if they take into account the number of people inside. They would see what the difference is between the number of people inside and outside. If they treated (us) very badly inside than why is the number of people outside are 80 but the number of people inside are 200 in your opinion. Do the 80 people tell the truth or do the 200, you decide that.
