It has been 2.5 years since I started working in Novamed. This is not my first workplace. I worked in many workplaces previously. In other places I worked for I new neither of human rights. Nor could I use leaves. I was doing compulsory overtime. The time for me to go home was not even definite. I used to go home only to sleep. My siblings did not even know what kind of a person I was, meaning my personality. The knew me when I started working in Novamed. In my previous workplace there were no (religious) holidays. We would not even know when the holiday was. In Novamed, leave alone knowing what day the holiday is, I can even very easily use our leave. We did not even know use annual leave. I know of working there, four weeks without leave. If those colleagues/friends who are now outside were in the setting I was in, what would they do I wonder. Let me say, they could do nothing. Because they would say things like another comes in your place there are a lot of people waiting in the queue. You can go if you don't like. We did not have any rights. They would hold meetings very rarely. A single person would talk in the meeting. We would listen. There would not even be any right to reply. Once in a meeting one of our friends/colleagues answered. They worked hard to find who it was and they did find. We did not see that friend/colleague again. The offense of our friend/colleague was defending himself. As those colleagues/friends on the outside talk saying they are right, now we are writing answers using our right to answer. They made us obliged to write. I will be happy if those friends/colleagues who read this take into account the number of people in between. I will be happy if they take into account the number of people inside. They would see what the difference is between the number of people inside and outside. If they treated (us) very badly inside than why is the number of people outside are 80 but the number of people inside are 200 in your opinion. Do the 80 people tell the truth or do the 200, you decide that.
