Everybody knows that 80 of our colleagues are on strike in this company.
We are the other 240 workers who continue to work without participating to the strike.
We are the vast majority.
We are pleased with the working environment, working conditions, the modern and human relations established between us and our employer and also with our wage which is far superior to Turkish average under similar conditions.
We are happy and comfortable with our job.
No one of the various accusations brought against Novamed and the management are even close to be true.
We will continue to live in law, justice and right.
We kindly submit to public opinion.
